Thank you for your interest in Volunteering at the Danvers Senior Center! We couldn't do what we do without all the generous time from our Volunteers!
In the following is a list of four items required to apply as a Volunteer at the Danvers Senior Center. You can download and print the forms to fill out and bring to the Senior Center located at 25 Stone Street, off of Holten St, in Danvers.
- Volunteer Application Form (PDF)
- CORI Form (PDF) (Criminal Offender Record Information background check)
- Agreement of Confidentiality (PDF)
- A copy of the front and back of your Driver's License (necessary as part of the CORI check)

We are currently looking for Volunteers to join our team on the first Monday of the Month, between 9 am to 1 pm, to organize and distribute groceries to approved participants in the Commodity Supplement Food Program.
