Dog Licensing

The receptionist in the front lobby of Town Hall generally handles dog licensing.  If the reception desk is unmanned, the Clerk’s Office can assist you.

The annual fee for licensing a spayed/neutered dog is $20.  The fee is $25 for dogs that are not spayed/neutered.   You will need to bring a current rabies certificate and proof of spaying or neutering if that is* not reflected on the rabies certificate.

You may license your new dog in person or fill out the application below and attach the appropriate paperwork.

Existing dog license renewals will be sent electronically via email by end of January if you have provided your email address. You can email if you would like an electronic copy of your existing dog renewal.  Paper renewals will be sent out the end of February if you have not provided an email address.

Please email or contact the Reception Desk at 978-777-0001 with any questions.
